There are several homes under construction now that will be availible in early 2016. Homes are being built by local custom home builder, Truland Homes.  The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with four bedrooms while the larger floor plans have five bedrooms with the a remote master bedroom and master bath. The lots range from just under one acre up to three acres.  So there is plenty of room for people to get out and enjoy the beautiful Coastal weather.

The Estates of Tiawasee are centrally located in Daphne.  There is a major hospital less than eight miles from the neighborhood in Fairhope as well as just about every kind of conceivable shopping within ten minutes. The Malbis outdoor shopping center is only five minutes away and has everything from a pharmacy to a wonderful coffee shop. Historic Fairhope is only a short drive down scenic highway 98.  There you can enjoy the unique charm of this old southern bayside town.  In the evenings you will want to take a stroll down to enjoy dinner at Bentz, a great neighborhood pizza pub.
