The last set of homes in this subdivision are being built now with completion in early 2016. Historic Fairhope is only a short drive.  There you can enjoy the unique charm of this old southern bayside town.  In the evenings you will want to take a stroll down to enjoy dinner at Bentz, a great neighborhood pizza pub.
